That's why we always review our clients' requests as a partner in their business, aiming to deliver above and beyond their expectations.

At Design Hurricane, we offer a flexible and intuitive way for you to request designs using Trello. You can directly add your design requests to your Trello board, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video if you prefer not to write out your briefs. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it works for us. This approach allows us to keep all communication and materials in one place, ensuring a smooth and efficient design process.

We're all about flexibility and understanding your unique needs. If you find that your design requirements are currently fulfilled or you need a break, you can simply pause your subscription. During this pause, you won't be able to submit new design requests.

However, the beauty of our service is that you can resume your subscription whenever you're ready to dive back into the creative storm. For instance, if you've subscribed to a 1-month membership and used 16 days of it, you can pause and still have 15 days left to use when you need new designs. Our billing cycle is based on 31 calendar days, ensuring you get the full value of your subscription.

We primarily use Figma for most of our designs. For web development, we use Webflow. For animations, we use Adobe After Effects, Maxon's Cinema 4D or Spline.  We manage our projects with Trello and communicate with our clients via Slack.
